Shipping & Delivery Policy
Delivery is free for orders over €150. Below that and it will cost €10.
Payment Policy
Bank Transfers – Make your payment directly into our bank account. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference. Your order won’t be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account.
Once we have received payment, you should allow 48hrs for delivery. If it will take longer than that, we will let you know.
Returns Policy
If the product arrives damaged, we will replace the full box and take back the damaged one.
If you are not happy with your wine, send it back to us and we will either replace it or give you a full refund.
